 As a student of art, I was always intrigued by color variations, and the arrangement of light and shadows. I entered the world of photography with this same passion. Even after more than thirty years as a photographer, I am still amazed both by interesting people and the natural beauty I find in my surroundings. I use my camera to document the world, while composing images with a focus on the magic I encounter in daily life. My pictures tell my stories.   

I specialize in event photography and portraits,  I started my professional photo career as a photojournalist, taking pictures for newspapers. Eventually I became the chief photographer for the United States Postal Service, Houston District. The experience of photographing hundreds of events and thousands of people helped me develop an excellent perspective of bringing life to my subjects.
